About
My approach
I discovered bodywork more than ten years ago, at a key moment in my life, when my son was diagnosed with autism. This experience allowed me to understand one essential thing: feeling in one's own body is a fundamental need, at any age and in all life conditions.
Inspired by the bodywork and relational work with my son, I developed a personal and sensitive approach to therapeutic touch, centered on the nervous system, safety and presence.
For me, massage is neither a protocol nor a standardized technique. It is an art of dialogue with the language of the body — a language that preserves the memory of emotions, lived experiences and inner states.
