Terms and Conditions of Service

Booking Appointments

Appointments are made exclusively via WhatsApp or by phone at +41 79 897 43 99. Each booking is considered confirmed.

Cancellation and Modification

Any cancellation or modification must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, the full session fee may be charged.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the Treatments page. Payment is made at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods will be communicated when booking.

Contraindications

It is the client's responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical condition, allergy, injury or pregnancy before the session. The services offered are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Liability

Elena Bonzon declines all liability in case of damage resulting from non-compliance with contraindications or the concealment of medical information by the client.

Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
